The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, contains no advertising or tracking pixels and makes no third-party requests. We do not build a profile of you and we have no user accounts. The only personal data processed in connection with this site is the standard web-server log entry created when your browser requests a page, and any email you choose to send us. The long version follows, because you are entitled to it.

1. Data controller #

No data protection officer is required for processing of this scale and none has been appointed. Data protection enquiries should be sent to the address above and will be handled by the responsible editor.

2. What we do not do #

• No cookies of any kind — not necessary, not functional, not analytical, not advertising.
• No analytics of any kind. No Google Analytics, no self-hosted analytics, no server-side page-view counter, no heatmaps, no session recording.
• No advertising or conversion pixels, no remarketing tags, no social plugins.
• No device or browser fingerprinting, and no attempt to identify returning visitors.
• No use of localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Web SQL or any other browser storage.
• No third-party requests at all. No web fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded video, no external scripts. Every file the page loads comes from this domain.
• No contact form, no newsletter, no comments, no accounts, no uploads. There is nothing on this site into which you could type personal data.
• No sale or sharing of personal data, because there is none to sell.

3. What is processed: server logs #

Like every website, this one runs on a web server, and the server records a log entry for requests it serves. We disclose this because a claim of “zero data” would be untrue if it ignored it.

• Data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, the HTTP status returned, the number of bytes sent, the referring URL where your browser supplies one, and your browser’s user-agent string.
• Purpose: operating and securing the server — diagnosing faults, and detecting abuse such as scraping or attacks.
• Lawful basis: legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, namely keeping the service available and secure.
• Retention: log files rotate and are deleted in the ordinary course of server maintenance, within a short period measured in days or weeks. We do not archive them, analyse them for audience measurement, or combine them with any other data.
• Recipients: the hosting provider, acting as processor on our instructions, within the European Union. No transfer outside the EEA takes place for this purpose.

4. If you email us #

If you write to info@zlatora.online, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, for the purpose of replying and of keeping a record of editorial correspondence such as a correction request. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and in documenting how corrections were handled; where your message concerns a legal claim, it may also be necessary for compliance with a legal obligation. Correspondence is kept no longer than necessary for those purposes and is not used to send you marketing.

5. Partner links and what happens when you click one #

Pages on this site contain affiliate links labelled “partner link”. Nothing is loaded from the advertiser while you read the page — no pixel, no script, no image. The advertiser learns nothing about you unless and until you click, and clicking is entirely your choice.

When you do click, you leave this website. You pass through our own redirect page at /c/1/, which sets no cookies and stores nothing, and arrive at the advertiser’s affiliate network. From that moment you are on a third party’s infrastructure, and that third party will very likely set cookies and process your data under its own privacy policy, over which we have no control. Read the privacy policy of the destination site if that matters to you.

Two technical points, for completeness. First, our page sends the standard strict-origin-when-cross-origin referrer policy, so the destination may see that you came from zlatora.online, but not the full URL path of pages you viewed. Second, if you arrived at this site through an advertising campaign, your URL may contain campaign parameters such as utm_source, gclid or msclkid. A script on the page copies those parameters — and only those — from the address bar onto the partner link, so that the advertiser can attribute the click. Nothing is stored on your device to do this, and the parameters are only ever those you arrived with.

6. Children #

This site is editorial content about a game rated 13+ on its store listings. It is not directed at children, and since it collects no data, it collects no data about children.

7. Your rights #

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In practice, the only data we hold that could relate to you is a short-lived server log entry and any email you have sent us. We have no way to identify you within server logs unless you can tell us the IP address and the approximate time of your visit; if you can, we will search for it. Requests go to info@zlatora.online and we aim to respond within one month, as the GDPR requires.

The competent supervisory authority for the publisher is the Czech data protection authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), in Prague; its current contact details are published on its own website. You may also complain to the supervisory authority of your own country of residence or place of work within the EU.

8. Security #

The site is served only over HTTPS, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. It is a set of static files: there is no database, no login, no user input and no server-side processing of visitor data, which removes most of the ways a website leaks personal data.

9. Changes #

If we ever introduced anything that processed personal data — a form, a measurement tool, an embedded third-party resource — we would update this policy before doing so, and where consent were required under the ePrivacy rules we would ask for it first. The version in force is the one on this page, dated at the top.
